The optometrist was very thorough and explained what was going on throughout the appointment. He took time to answer my questions and was very reassuring about my sight.

I went with a possible issue and the optician was very thorough in his examination and referred me to the hospital. Neil was brilliant and the staff were really helpful, especially Bel.

Extremely welcoming on arrival,very understanding and caring at all times being friendly while remaining professional. Explained all that was required in an easy way without undue rush. Both Reenal the Optician and her colleague Ria in my opinion gave exceptional service! The only niggle for me was more the layout of the shop in that if very busy a feeling of privacy could be lost. Absolutely not a reflection of the staff particularly Ria in my final consultation who was always understanding and thoughtful. Thank you Billericay Boots.
